Freewill Illusion

You don't choose what occurs to you. This includes the realization that there is a decision to be made, the set of options, the pros and cons of each option, the perception of relative importance of the various pros and cons, and finally the idea that you will chose a particular option. All of these "float up" from your unconscious mind into your conscious mind as the result of physical and chemical processes occurring in your brain that are following the laws of physics.
